Villas `Tohun`
This is the interpretation of the Mediterranean spirit of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. The green areas around the houses completely suit the Mediterranean style of the buildings and the sea view, which opens from each house.

The villas in the complex are to be built separately on a plot chosen by the client. The main lanes, communications and lighting will be constructed in advance to ensure independent access to each plot at any time. Houses from the luxury class can be located on a plot with a land from 400 sq.m. to 1200 sq.m. The area intended for development depends primarily on the customer`s requirements. Available versions concerning the building on the plot may be one big house or two smaller, depending on the customer`s preferences.

Architecture
The houses themselves have an exceptionally convenient layout that includes a living room, dining room and kitchen on the first floor, 2, 3, 4 or 5 bedrooms located to the south and east. Additional auxiliary facilities with a compact and convenient design are located on the north side. The dining room and living room open onto a beautiful porch from where there is a direct access to landscaped gardens and a pool.

Degree of completion:
1. `Turnkey`:
The standard price includes: standard turnkey degree of completion turnkey, amenities, components and materials. Under this option, the house is completely ready for furnishing. All you have to do is choose the furniture, equipment and interior lighting. The price also includes all finishing works - plastering and painting of walls and floors: Bathroom � tile on the floor and walls, Bedrooms - laminate flooring, Living room with dining room and kitchen - laminate flooring, Staircase and entrance hall � granite tiles, Porches and balconies - frost-resistant granite tiles. The house is issued to the client with spread and installed power sockets, switches, without interior lighting. Fa�ade lighting is included in the price. The bathrooms are issued with mounted sinks and toilets, installed taps and showers and cabling for mounting a bolero with a capacity of 120 liters, without mirrors and equipment. The color range in the bathroom will be in colors accordingly proposed and selected by the client.

2. `Turnkey with full furnishing`:
Under this option, the house is has a fully completed `turnkey` stage only that type of completion also includes full furnishing mounted appliances, air conditioners, boilers, bathroom equipment, interior lighting. You will be presented a package of standard furniture for an extra charge for further information.
When choosing a `turnkey with full furnishing` degree of completion, you are left with nothing to do apart from going into your home and enjoying your holiday.

3. `Degree of completion`: `on request of the client`:
Under this option, you will be able to receive a special equipment package with a special interior design project for finishing works and furnishing. Proposals along with a Price list for each individual project shall be prepared within 14 days of the deposit payment.

* Additional facilities installed are at an additional charge at the shape and size of the equipment and elements of the project, in accordance with available space on the site, features terrain, the sunlight, etc. The redesigning of the adjacent to the house spaces is made for additional payment and only if it is allowed and thought in accordance with the regulatory architecture and planning regulations.

I installment - 50 % upon signing the preliminary contract
II installment - 40% upon receipt of Act 14
II installment - 10% upon receipt of Act 15
SCHEME WITH 5% DISCOUNT:
I installment - 95% upon signing the preliminary contract
II installment - 5% upon receipt of Act 15
WITH 5% INTEREST:
I installment - 20% deposit at time of booking the property.
II installment - 30% upon receipt of Act 14
III installment - 50% upon receipt of Act 15
The price of `Tohun` Villas depends on the size of the plot, total b built area and the degree of completion.
After payment of the deposit and confirmation of the architectural design project of the house, a construction permit is issued and construction can start. Each house is built within 12 months from the beginning of the construction.
